Cara Whitehead is the Pastoral Support Lead and Senior Attendance Champion across the federation and Hensall Primary School. Eleanor Langhorn is currently on maternity leave.
Within the White Rose Federation, we want everyone involved to feel welcomed and supported. We work closely with external agencies such as Compass Buzz and the Early Help team to ensure we offer the best extensive support to our children and their families.
We aim to provide:
- A safe and welcoming place where individuals are valued, listened to and helped to overcome any barriers to learning so they can lead fulfilling and balanced lives at school and beyond.
- A focus on nurturing the individual needs of each child, building trusting and empathetic relationships with all our children and their families.
I would also like to introduce the Federation Therapy Monsters; they will be used across the federation to support children’s wellbeing and mental health.
